  • improve skin flexibility and elasticity;
  • loosen scar tissue;
  • reduce some forms of swelling – especially after injury;
  • improve digestion; and
  • stimulate and balance the glandular system.

Hot Stone Therapy

We massage with heated granite and volcanic stones with chilled marine stones. This treatment goes beyond the physical and you float away into a deep relaxation. Heated stones induce deep relaxation, help reduce stress, relieve tight and over-worked muscles and reduce chronic pain. Cold stones assist in detoxification.

Our qualified therapists will design a blend using certified organic essential oils to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Warm Bamboo

This unique massage uses heated bamboo rods of various sizes to knead and roll out knots and relax tense muscles. Warm bamboo massage combines the traditional benefits of massage along with the comforting qualities of heat. It is the perfect massage to counter the effects of stress, tension and lack of rest.

The bamboo pieces are specially designed and treated to be the perfect tools for massage. They are heated on customised heating pads that allow the pieces to be heated to the optimum temperature thus enabling maximum retention of heat.

Benefits include:

  • incredible sensation of relaxation and calm
  • reduced stress and fatigue
  • stimulation of lymphatic and blood circulation
  • relief of muscular tension

Pregnancy massage

Our therapists have undergone extensive training in pregnancy massage techniques. Massage during this special time can alleviate aches and pains that arise while your body is changing. We recommend beginning you massage program after your first trimester.
